Abstract
Mourning ceremonies for for the Infallibles, and particularly for Imam al-Husayn, has since had its constructive effects in safeguarding the Shia school of thought. It is therefore essential to keep them away from heresies. Some of these heresies include narrating unreliable reports and accounts, exaggerations, excessive praise of the non-Infallabes, denigrating reports, flagellations, use of musical devices, disorders, and financial misuse.
