Abstract
Raziyeh Tojjar is a committed novelist who made connections between the Karbala episode and the sacred defence, ie, the Iraqi imposed war on Iran. Through the connections made, she tries to make similaries between the two noteworthy events. The present study draws upon eleven novels of hers.
