Abstract
Culture and civilization make a ground for socio-moral upbringing of both the individual and the community wherein they live. A higher aim of the formation of the Islamic Republic of Iran has been to make a ground for attaining such high aims. The Arbaeen anniversaries make great contributions to manifestation of the precious gains of the Revolution in the right context of Husayni observances and rituals. It sets a ground for such a great accomplishment.
