Abstract
The Arbaeen march toward Karbala has manifested religio-social integration that has brought up and revived a traditional and old practice into the modern world. As a quite impactful religio-social phenomenon, it has shown off its vadt capacity for constructing a new civilizational structure in modern times. This being so, it is certain that the Arbaeen march has extended the scope of Iran's cultural diplomacy, for it has made a context for spreading the ideas and ideals of Iran.
