Examining the characteristics of Ashura literature in the works of contemporary poets

Abstract
The Ashura uprising is an important part of the motif of Iranian literary works, and due to its deep connection with beliefs, culture, and ritual, it has found a special place in the contemporary art and literature of Iran. It have been very effective in enriching the culture of Ashura, and attention to this event has made a significant change in the language and has had a tremendous impact on the thinking of contemporary poets. In such poems, which can also be referred to as Ashurai literature, poets have presented beautiful descriptions by depicting Ashurai phenomena. This research aims to show the main indicators of Ashura literature and express their characteristics through the method of textual research and analysis of the poems of three contemporary poets. that the most basic manifestations of Ashura literature in the works of these poets are epic and religious characters, the manner of events, the location of events and some symbolic elements of stability. In Ashura literature, these poets are not only satisfied with the emotional and elegiac dimension, but with their artistic creations, they have given the culture of Ashura and its indicators a trans-epic, symbolic, political, philosophical and sometimes mystical color.
